Can I track my order?

You certainly can! We send all orders with a Track & Trace code. You can track your order via the 'Track & Trace' page on our website.

Once your order is shipped you will also receive the Track & Trace link via email.

Note:It can sometimes take a while for the Track & Trace status to be available.

What is the shipping time?

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday.

Shipping time: 7-10 business days Monday through Friday.

Total time until package is delivered: 8-13 business days, Monday through Friday.

Weekend Orders: Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.

Notes: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions and transportation issues.

What are the shipping costs?

For the United Kingdom, there are no shipping costs, we cover these costs.

This allows us to guarantee you competitive prices!

I am missing some products in my order, how is this possible?

Because we work with several suppliers, products may be shipped separately.

If products are missing, you will usually receive them after 2-3 days.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes of purchase. To do so, contact our customer service team immediately with your order number.

What happens if I request a cancellation after 30 minutes?

If your request is made after the 30-minute grace period, the order will be processed and cancellation will no longer be possible. You will need to wait for delivery and follow our return policy.

The expected delivery time has passed, where is my order?

In 99% of cases, the order is delivered on time by the delivery service. Unfortunately, sometimes your order may be delayed in the delivery process. You can check the status of your order here.

Haven't received your order 3 days after the expected delivery date? If so, please contact us.

I am not home during delivery, what now?

If your package cannot be delivered, it will be kept with the parcel delivery company for 7 days.

You will receive a notification of this, along with the pickup location. You must pick up the package within 7 days to prevent it from being returned to distribution center.

I filled in the wrong address, what now?

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to process orders as quickly as possible.

Therefore, please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

I didn't receive my package?

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the Track & Trace code indicates that the package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received your order, please contact us immediately.

Local delivery services will initiate an investigation within 10 days of the indicated delivery date; we will keep you informed.
